Centrifugal Compressor Blade

Centrifugal compressor blades, as the core working components of centrifugal compressors, directly determine the efficiency, stability, and scope of application of the compressor through their design, structure, and performance. Compared to the core components of other types of compressors (such as reciprocating and axial compressors) or traditional blade designs, they possess significant advantages. Different compressors can be adapted according to medium characteristics, pressure requirements, and flow scale. The blade outlet end is curved towards the direction of impeller rotation, resulting in a high "circumferential component velocity" and a high proportion of kinetic energy when the gas leaves the impeller. The blade outlet end extends radially along the impeller, providing high structural strength and enabling it to withstand higher rotational speeds. The blade outlet end is curved in the opposite direction of impeller rotation, resulting in a lower "circumferential component velocity" and a higher "radial component velocity" when the gas leaves the impeller.
