Compressor Impeller Blade

The blades of an axial compressor consist of moving blades and stationary blades,The front-stage blades are typically made of titanium alloy due to its lightweight and high strength characteristics; Stainless steel can be selected for intermediate blades to meet the corrosion resistance requirements; Due to the high gas temperature, high-temperature alloys are generally used for the rear-stage blades to ensure their strength and stability at high temperatures. By adopting "supercritical airfoils" or "post-loaded airfoils", the airflow separation area is reduced, thereby minimizing aerodynamic losses. The airfoil angles, chord lengths, and spacings of multi-stage blades must be matched step by step to achieve "continuous flow" and "smooth pressure increase", avoiding inter-stage airflow interference and adapting to harsh operating conditions and high efficiency requirements.
