The aerodynamic shape (airfoil) of the blade is precisely designed to guide the working fluid to flow along a preset path, reducing airflow turbulence and energy loss. It ensures high energy conversion efficiency while avoiding issues such as airflow separation and surge (especially in gas turbine compressors). The design accuracy is required to be at the level of 0.1mm.
